I have struggled with severe dental issues for years, having spent over $20,000 out of pocket with nothing to show for it and teeth still in horrible condition. Walking into Ruby Hill Dentistry yesterday for my first visit was hands-down the best experience I have ever had with a dentist. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted so warmly. A special thank you to Aleigha at the front desk for being so welcoming, Ifrah the dental assistant for her wonderful care, and Alexander and Travis for being so incredibly friendly. The entire staff was warm, gracious, and compassionate. For the first time ever, a dentist gave me clear options and explained what I actually needed. Dr. Lex told me that if I stayed with them, I would have a beautiful smile—and I fully believe her. To make a wonderful day even more unbelievable, Dr. Lex selected me for her annual pro bono work to restore my upper teeth for free. I truly feel like I won the lottery.
